We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sexual Educator to join our team and help promote healthy, respectful, and informed attitudes toward sexuality and relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sexual education programs to diverse audiences, including adolescents, adults, parents, and community groups. This role requires a deep understanding of human sexuality, reproductive health, consent, gender identity, and cultural sensitivity.
As a Sexual Educator, you will create and facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and community outreach initiatives that address topics such as puberty, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), healthy relationships, sexual orientation, and personal boundaries. You will also collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and nonprofit organizations to ensure that educational materials are accurate, inclusive, and age-appropriate.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner. You should be comfortable discussing sensitive topics and capable of creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Experience in curriculum development, public speaking, and working with diverse populations is highly valued.
This position may involve travel to various educational and community settings, and flexibility in scheduling is important. A background in public health, education, psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or training in sexual health education.
